Images must be of high quality - 300+ DPI for smaller products or 600+ DPI for custom packaging
CMYK only
File type must be .EPS, .AI, .SVG, or .PDF

Etching File Requirements:
Vectorized files only
RGB only, all black - color logos will not be accepted
Images must be of high quality - 600+ DPI
File type must be .EPS, .AI, .SVG, or .PDF

Embroidery File Requirements:
Can be any file type or image quality
If a specific PMS code is required please let us know

Video Booklet Requirements:
Must be in a MP4 format
Content must be 720 MP
File can not be greater than 500 MB

If you are unable to provide the specific artwork required to complete your order, no worries! Please provide the closest logo you can find and our team will convert your image for a $25 fee.
