Add an extra layer of personalization and wow your recipient with a custom video booklet! Video booklets are available in white and can hold any video length. For maximum compatibility, we recommend videos no larger than 500MB and in .mp4 format.

Shipping rates will vary based on how many boxes, gift sets, and/or items you are sending. Whether you need to send gifts in bulk or drop shipped, we've got you covered. Our standard rates are listed for your reference below.

Standard Ground (2+ week turnaround):
Boxes - $17.50 each
Gift Sets - $17.50 each
Individual Items - Based on weight

Rush Shipping (less than 2 week turnaround for in stock products):
Boxes - $85 each
Gift Sets - $85 each
Individual Items - Based on weight

Below you will find the art file requirements needed for us to produce the best quality customization for you and your gifting experience! We want to ensure that the unboxing moment is as wonderful as the intent of the gift. With that being said, please read below on what our team needs from you. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Printing File Requirements:
Images must be of high quality - 300+ DPI for smaller products or 600+ DPI for custom packaging
CMYK only
File type must be .EPS, .AI, or .PDF

Etching File Requirements:
Vectorized files only
RGB only, all black - color logos will not be accepted
Images must be of high quality - 600+ DPI
File type must be .EPS, .AI, or .PDF

Embroidery File Requirements:
Can be any file type or image quality
If a specific PMS code is required please let us know

Video Booklet Requirements:
Must be in a MP4 format
Content must be 720 MP
File can not be greater than 500 MB

If you are unable to provide the specific artwork required to complete your order, no worries! Please provide the closest logo you can find and our team will convert your image for a $25 fee.

Don't see a spot to add your logo or initials? Don't worry! Any logos or initials needed will be collected after your order has been placed. A mockup will be provided for any personalized products for your approval after your order has been placed.
