General

Individual items do not come with custom packaging. You can add custom packaging to your order if you would like your gift to include a box.

If a gift set includes custom packaging, it will be noted in the product description and you will see branding options available for the box.

We're happy to help you with your rush order! Rush orders are available for in-stock items only. You can check out our rush order items or book a meeting with us to review your needs.

To create a customer account, click on the middle icon (looks like a person) at the top right. You can also click here to be brought to the page directly.

You will see a "Create account" option underneath the password field. Click this option and fill out the form.

Once you have created an account, you will receive an email notification confirming your account creation and can log in.

To log in to your customer account, click on the middle icon (looks like a person) at the top right. Enter your email address and password, and click sign in.

Production

If a product has the ability to be decorated, you will see options to select blank, logo, or initials where applicable.

Once you have selected your branding preference, you will see either a logo upload button and/or a text field to add initials.

A team member will reach out to you after you place your order with mockups for your approval.

Below you will find the art file requirements needed for us to produce the best quality customization for you and your gifting experience! We want to ensure that the unboxing moment is as wonderful as the intent of the gift. With that being said, please read below on what our team needs from you. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Printing File Requirements:

  • Images must be of high quality - 300+ DPI for smaller products or 600+ DPI for custom packaging
  • CMYK only
  • File type must be .EPS, .AI, or .PDF

Etching File Requirements:

  • Vectorized files only
  • RGB only, all black - color logos will not be accepted
  • Images must be of high quality - 600+ DPI
  • File type must be .EPS, .AI, or .PDF

Embroidery File Requirements:

  • Can be any file type or image quality
  • If a specific PMS code is required please let us know

Video Booklet Requirements:

  • Must be in a MP4 format
  • Content must be 720 MP
  • File can not be greater than 500 MB

If you are unable to provide the specific artwork required to complete your order, no worries! Please provide the closest logo you can find and our team will convert your image for a $25 fee.

After you place your order, a team member will reach out to confirm any personalization and will provide mockups of products for approval before processing your order.

Please note, your order will not start processing until mockups are approved.

Shipping

Orders typically ship 2 weeks after artwork approval. Shipping times may vary for high quantity orders.

Shipping rates will vary based on how many boxes, gift sets, and/or items you are sending. Our standard rates are listed for your reference below.

Standard Ground:
Boxes - $17.50 each
Gift Sets - $17.50 each
Individual Items - Based on weight

Rush Shipping:
Boxes - $85 each
Gift Sets - $85 each
Individual Items - Based on weight

Resale Accounts

To create a resale account, click on the middle icon (looks like a person) at the top right or click here to be brought to the page directly. You will see a "Create resale account" option underneath the password field. Click this option and fill out the form.

Once you have created an account, we will verify your reseller affiliation. Once approved, you will receive an email notification and can log in by clicking the same middle icon.

To log in to your resale account, click on the middle icon (looks like a person) at the top right. Enter your email and password, and click sign in.
