Pour 3-4 heaping tablespoons of mixture directly into bathtub under warm running water (or into the included tea bag). Large and small size crystals dissolve at different rates. Tub sizes vary so experiment with the amount to use according to your liking. Breathe deep and enjoy the aromatherapy, feel the tension melt away.
